FOUNDER

Maria Ahmas is a yoga teacher who works with classical practices as her creative medium. Her approach is grounded in yogic tradition, shaped by the pace of modern life, and delivered with intent.

Her work moves between cities and contexts - from classes in Paris and creative collaborations to designing programs for brands and global clients.

Her practice is stripped back to what holds.
