Tools for people living in a world that rarely slows down.
Modern life trains us to stay in motion. To think more, do more, achieve more. It often leaves little space to pause, regulate and listen.
IMPI Studios exists to restore that balance.
Through rest, breath and movement, you gain practical tools for everyday life — from stiff shoulders, stressful periods and restless nights to life's deeper questions and transitions.
No flexibility required. No performance expected. No lifestyle to adopt.
Approach
IMPI Studios is built around three types of classes. Together they form a method: first you learn to pause, then regulate, then stay connected to yourself in motion.
REST — learn to access deep rest.
Through yoga nidra, you lie down, do nothing physical and learn to downshift into deep rest that helps calm an overstimulated nervous system, improve sleep and support recovery.
BREATHE — learn to shift your state.
Your breath is one of the fastest ways to influence how you feel. Through breathing techniques, you learn how to calm the mind, steady the nervous system, sharpen focus or generate energy when needed.
RECHARGE — learn to stay connected in motion.
Rooted in kundalini yoga, this class combines movement, breath and meditation. Build strength and mobility through physical practice while developing the capacity to stay present and respond more consciously when life becomes demanding off the mat.

Maria Ahmas
Maria Ahmas is a Scandinavia-based yoga teacher and founder of IMPI Studios. Through classes, courses and writing, she explores how centuries-old yogic practices can support the realities of modern life.
Having taught across Europe and worked with both private clients and global organisations, her approach is shaped by over a decade of personal practice and years of training with different teachers and schools in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and breathwork.
People often turn to yoga because of a physical concern — stiff shoulders, an aching back, or a doctor's recommendation. Yet the conversations after class often move beyond the body. Many of us are looking for practical ways to navigate stress, overstimulation and change — tools to carry beyond the class.
IMPI Studios was created to offer both: care for the body through movement, breath and rest, and support for the mind through practices to help meet the demands of everyday life.
Not to become someone else.
But to have the tools to meet your life as it is.
