The Welcome Course is your entry into the Studio.

Across three classes, you learn how each class type works — the context, our approach, techniques and how to make them work for you.

You’re guided through the foundations of REST, BREATHE, and RECHARGE classes moving from deep rest and breathwork principles into activation, nervous system regulation, and recovery. Each class breaks down the terminology and techniques used at IMPI Studios — what they do, how they affect your body and nervous system, and when to use them in daily life.

With this foundation, it becomes easier to understand what’s happening in you — how your body responds, how your state shifts, and what to pay attention to. This is what turns a class from something you follow into something you work with, and what allows you to take it beyond the Studio.

CLASS TYPES

BREATHE teaches you how to use your built
in tool, breath, to switch between chaos and calm,
reaction and control, running on empty and
running at your best. 

RECHARGE is a physical yoga class that adds movement. It is built around kundalini yoga kriyas, designed to rewire your nervous system, build stamina and expand your mental bandwidth. 

REST is a full-body exhale. Yoga Nidra offering
a rare stillness in a world that never stops moving.
No movement, just lying on the ground, somewhere in between being asleep and awake.
