The Studio is based on Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga and yogic breathwork (Pranayama). Rather than following one fixed style, these practices are adapted into a grounded, accessible approach focused on supporting everyday life.
While many yoga classes focus primarily on movement and physical postures, the emphasis here is on learning to pause, regulate your nervous system, understand its responses and remain present through both ease and challenge. The aim is not physical performance, but cultivating a steadier relationship with yourself and the realities of modern life.
This is why The Studio is built around three class types:
REST uses yoga nidra to support deep rest, recovery and better sleep by helping you downshift an overstimulated nervous system and create space for restoration.
BREATHE uses breathwork techniques to help you calm the mind, generate energy, sharpen focus and navigate stress more consciously.
RECHARGE is a physical yoga class rooted in kundalini yoga and combines movement, breath and meditation to build strength and mobility while developing resilience and presence.
Across all classes, the focus is on what happens internally, not how it looks. Physical benefits often follow, but the deeper intention is to understand your nervous system regulation and build a mind that is more stable, aware, and able to pause.

The experience is individual, and there is no right or wrong way to feel. Depending on the class and the state you arrive in, you may feel calmer, more grounded, energised, deeply relaxed, or ready for sleep.
Some people notice shifts in mood, emotion, awareness or physical sensation. Others notice very little at first. Both are normal.
Like any practice, the benefits build over time. Often, the most meaningful changes are the subtle ones: feeling more resilient, less reactive, and better able to meet the demands of everyday life.
If anything feels overwhelming, or you are unsure whether a practice is right for you, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional. Your wellbeing comes first, and you're always encouraged to move at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
-
If you're taking one of our courses, we'll guide you on how often to practise and when to revisit specific classes.
In general, there is no set timeline, and the experience differs for everyone. Some people notice a shift after a single class, while for others the changes are more gradual.
Like any practice, the benefits build through consistency. Even one class a week can make a meaningful difference over time, and the more regularly you practise, the more familiar and accessible these tools become when you need them in everyday life.

For most people, yes.
You don't need to be flexible, athletic, or have any experience with yoga or meditation. We start with the basics, offer modifications throughout, and encourage you to practise in a way that feels right for your body and circumstances.
If you are pregnant, taking medication, or have a physical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

You can begin with any class or course that feels most relevant to you.
If you're new to the Studio, we recommend starting with the Introduction Course. It introduces the key terminology, techniques, and class types, helping you get the most from the courses that follow.
When you purchase a course, you'll be asked to create an account where all of your content and progress will be stored.

You don't need any previous experience, special equipment, or a large space. Most classes can be practised in comfortable everyday clothing, and cushions or a chair can be used in place of yoga props.
RECHARGE requires a little space to move and a mat.
For REST, you'll need a comfortable place to lie down, or a wall or chair for support.
BREATHE can be practised almost anywhere.
Classes range from 15 to 90 minutes and are designed to fit into real life. You can return to them as often as you like, whether that's a short practice during the week or a longer session when you have more time.
-
The Studio offers a more structured and educational experience, allowing you to explore a specific theme in greater depth than a standalone class.
Courses are built around a specific theme or outcome, like stress resilience, intuition or physical performance. Through a carefully curated combination of classes, guidance, practices and resources, you'll get to explore a topic from multiple perspectives and deepen your understanding of it, and learn how to use the techniques in real-life situations. Most courses are available for a limited time.
You can also explore our free classes on YouTube. These offer a more general introduction to the practices and are often filmed in inspiring locations around the world, from the streets of Paris to the forests of Finland.
