What is IMPI Studios

  • Black page background (or black section background).

  • Gray background as the section/container background (not an image, or at most a subtle texture image).

  • Put the text directly on top of that gray section.

  • Add padding around the gray section so it naturally creates the black "frame."

What is IMPI Studios

IMPI Studios is a yoga practice rooted in classical yoga, distilled for contemporary life. A full-spectrum approach working with body, breath and the parts of ourselves we don’t always have words for.

Much of life is spent in motion — thinking, analyzing, performing — anchored in what’s visible and measurable. Necessary, but it often leaves little space for the quieter intelligence that shapes how we actually experience life.

IMPI Studios exists to make space for that. It offers practical tools for whatever you’re experiencing — a racing mind, big decisions, uncertainty — not as an escape from reality, but as a way to move through it with more awareness.

Over time, you are able to take the skills you have learnt beyond the Studio, because the moments that ask the most of you rarely happen on a mat.

Who is it for

This is for those moving at the pace of modern life — seeking clarity, space, and tools to meet it.

No experience or flexibility required. Nothing to perform. Nothing to become. Start where you are.

With time, you rely less on the class and more on your own awareness and skills. You know where to place your attention, how to shift your state, and how to come back to yourself.

This is about learning to move through the life without losing your footing.

What we offer

IMPI Studios is built on silence, breath, and rhythm. These take shape through 3 types of classes in the Studio:

REST learn to access deep rest. Through yoga nidra, you lie down, do nothing physical and learn to downshift into deep rest supporting better sleep, stress relief, and recovery from overstimulation. A practice of pause, and of trusting what happens within it.

BREATHE learn to shift your state. Explore techniques to use your breath as a tool for example to regulate your nervous system, sharpen focus or generate energy.

RECHARGE learn to stay with yourself in motion. Rooted in kundalini yoga, this more physical class combines breath, awareness, and movement, training you to stay connected, even as intensity rises.

Each class builds on the other: you learn to stop, then to regulate, then to stay with yourself in motion.

We also offer free online yoga classes on YouTube, a more general experience, often filmed in different location, from the streets of Paris to quiet Finnish forests, bringing in the atmosphere and inspiration behind the class. There you’ll find more free yoga classes for beginners, stress relief, anxiety, sleep, nervous system regulation, focus, energy, and daily well-being, through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and restorative movement.
